Howard Menditch is a graduate of  American University with a degree in business, majoring in real estate and urban development. Besides his real estate and construction background, Howard has an extensive background in heating and air conditioning, and energy design. He was active in the HVAC industry through a family owned HVAC company for over 30 years. Howard taught heating and airconditioning design at Montgomery College. He is a Past President of the Montgomery County Builders Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Building Association, and as Chairman of the NVBIA Energy Committee. Howard is active in the community serving on the Board of Trustees of The Barker Foundation, as a Board Member of Har Shalom Congregation, and as a Board Member of The Montgomery County Students Home Building Project partnering with MCPS. Howard is a lifelong  Montgomery County resident.

Bruce Menditch is an engineering graduate of Arizona State University. He has been involved in the residential and commercial building industry for over 30 years. He has an extensive background in heating and air conditioning, energy design and residential home building. Bruce was an active contractor in the heating and air conditioning industry for over 20 years and continues building residential houses in Maryland for over 17 years. At Montgomery College, Bruce taught residential energy load design. Bruce was a member of The Associate Contractors of America, the Maryland Home Builders Association, and the Air Conditioning Contractors of America. He is now an active member of The Montgomery County Builders Association. Bruce was a Board Member of Jewish Social Services Agency and is currently the Acting President of B'nai B'rith Homecrest House, which is a Housing and Urban Development funded project serving low income senior adults. Bruce was raised in Montgomery County and has been a life long resident.
